Property Management Analyst| Active Secret Clearance Required

Loch Harbour Group is seeking an experienced Property Management Analyst to provide analytical, operational, and inventory management support within a U.S. Navy environment. This role supports Government property accountability, warehouse/storage inspections, inventory reconciliation, and operational analysis efforts across multiple locations and project teams.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills, experience supporting Navy operations, and the ability to evaluate physical inventory against system records while ensuring audit readiness and operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and analyze information in order to make recommendations to the Government.
- Define the nature and extent of problems.
- Analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, cost performance, schedule or expenditures.
- Interview managers and employees while observing their operations.
- Develop solutions to problems.
- In the course of preparing recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.
- Prepare and solve mathematical models. Report findings and recommendations to the Government.
- Reports are usually submitted in writing, but oral presentations regarding findings also are common.
- For some projects, management analysts are retained to help implement the suggestions they have made.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience conducting physical warehouse/storage inspections
- Ability to perform spot checks across varied inventory types and sizes
- Familiarity with barcode scanners and hybrid inventory tracking environments
- Working knowledge of Navy ERP inventory records and audit support requirements
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to reconcile physical inventory against system data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prepare reports, briefings, and operational recommendations
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple project teams and geographically dispersed locations
- Ability and flexibility to travel CONUS/OCONUS as required
Requirements
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in a business or technical field
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in:
- Engineering/science management
- Operations research analysis
- Financial/cost analysis
- Significant experience supporting U.S. Navy programs or operations
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance (required at time of hire)
- Ability to work onsite in San Diego, CA
