  • Coordinate with the Lab Director (CMO), Technical Consultant, vendors, and inspectors
  • Serve as a primary resource for laboratory-related questions and workflow support
  • Help maintain consistency, organization, and compliance across both clinic sites

Who We’re Looking For

  • Confident training and educating others
  • Reliable, proactive, and accountable
  • Able to manage multiple responsibilities and follow through consistently
  • Passionate about contributing to a healthcare environment that positively impacts the community

Experience & Education

  • High School diploma required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a science or healthcare-related field preferred
  • Prior laboratory experience is preferred, but not required
  • Point-of-care or CLIA-waived testing experience is a plus

We Are Open to Training the Right Person

We understand that strong candidates do not always come with extensive laboratory experience. We are willing to train someone who demonstrates:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional communication
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ownership and accountability
  • A genuine desire to support patient care and serve others
