Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Finnish Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will monitor, review, and moderate content on social media platforms in Finnish to ensure adherence to community guidelines and company policies. You will play a vital role in maintaining a positive, safe, and engaging environment for Finnish-speaking users.

• Monitor and moderate social media content in Finnish, ensuring compliance with community standards and internal policies.
• Respond promptly and professionally to user comments and inquiries in Finnish.
• Identify and escalate any inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content as per company procedures.
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support content strategies and foster community growth.
• Keep abreast of updates in social media trends, guidelines, and moderation best practices.

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in social media moderation, community management, or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their moderation guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and good judgment skills.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer literacy.
