About the Role

Since 1970, GPHA has expanded to become one of the premier providers of ambulatory medical, dental and behavioral healthcare in the Greater Philadelphia area. 

Greater Philadelphia Health Action, Inc. (GPHA) is presently seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian (RD) to provide nutrition counseling and medical nutrition management to patients of all ages, with a wide range of medical conditions. At GPHA, RDs are integral members of a multidisciplinary healthcare team comprised of primary care clinicians (Pediatric, Internal Medicine/Adult, Family Medicine) and specialists (Obstetrics and Gynecology - Endocrinology – Infectious Disease – Rheumatology – Podiatry). The healthcare team also includes medical case managers, nurses, and on-site pharmacy services.

Qualified Candidates will have a Degree in Clinical or Therapeutic Dietetics, or Food and Nutrition; Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience in the nutritional field within a healthcare setting; Registration with American Dietetic Association Required; Ability to work harmoniously as part of a healthcare team; and excellent communication skills. Ability to speak Spanish or Chinese fluently not required, but desirable.
