Position Description

The Licensed Engineer will be responsible for planning and executing aircraft maintenance checks. The engineer will coordinate maintenance activities with team members and other departments, manage repair documentation, and oversee the quality of completed work.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, lead and supervise aircraft maintenance checks
  • Identify and rectify problems and defects
  • Analyze and interpret technical procedures, schematic engineering diagrams, manuals and publications
  • Coordinate and interact with various departments to accomplish maintenance work
  • Establish and maintain good business relationship with customers
  • Manage staff performance and attendance control, and provide skills training to ensure service quality levels are up to standard and all works are carried out IAW Manual and SOP’s
  • Any other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

  • A valid HKCAD / EASA / CASR / DCAM / CAAS / CAAC / FAA B1.1 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance License endorsed with type ratings
  • A minimum of 8 years of experiences in all aspects of aircraft line maintenance including servicing, inspections, defect troubleshooting, repair and rectification as well as maintenance certification
  • Capable and confident to handle maintenance task with minimum of supervision and support in line environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers at all levels
  • Willing to perform shift duties as assigned to meet operational requirements
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written

 

Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Licensed Engineer
