The Sustainability/Net-Zero Office is looking for a passionate and dynamic professional to elevate our communications strategy and staff engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Develop & Execute Communications: Design and implement a comprehensive
- communications strategy to highlight the University’s sustainability achievements, promote involvement opportunities, and enhance our branding and rankings.
- Lead the Impact Makers Program: Spearhead our staff volunteering initiative to foster community connection, contribute to meaningful causes, and enhance staff well-being.
- Strengthen Campus Networks: Nurture an action-oriented campus network through targeted experiential learning and development programs.
- Drive Community Engagement: Create and manage outreach programs that deepen the campus community's understanding of key topics like the circular economy and inspire tangible action.
Requirements:
- Proven professional experience in communications, community engagement, and event management.
- Strong portfolio in designing and producing high-quality online and offline communications materials, including video production management and social media content creation with experience in daily channel management that aligns with brand standards.
- A creative and detail-oriented approach to designing and managing impactful campaigns, backed by solid project management skills.
- An open-minded, collaborative spirit and a willingness to be a proactive team player.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and spoken Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
(Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of the contract.
