You will work across the full investment cycle and support companies building real-world defence technology.

You’ll learn from experienced professionals in defence, finance, and strategy, while taking on responsibility early.

As the firm grows, you’ll have the opportunity to take initiative, expand your role, and help shape both investments and the way we operate.

  • Help on strategy, market entry, and scaling
  • Turn plans into concrete actions

Contribute to insights and collaboration

  • Track developments in defence and regulation
  • Work with internal teams and external partners

What we’re looking for

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in Private Equity, Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking / M&A, Corporate Development or Venture Capital
  • Experience in working with hands-on live transactions, business model analysis and strategic & financial assessments
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking
  • Hands-on, practical, and curious
  • Grounded, critical, and focused on collective growth
  • Comfortable working with founders and multiple (C-level) stakeholders
  • Clear communicator in Dutch and English
  • Master’s level working and thinking
