About the Role

Description

We’re looking for a motivated and Guest-focused individual for an Automotive Accessory Counter Sales position. This position will assist Guests with enhancing and customizing their vehicles! If you enjoy cars, sales, and assisting Guests with finding the right products, this is a great opportunity to grow with our Company! This individual would work a 5-day workweek made up of 4 weekdays and Saturday, having a weekday and Sundays off! This position earns an extra $5.00/hr. for each hour worked on Saturday!


Key responsibilities of the position:

  • Sell exciting accessories to Guests to customize their rides!
  • Assist Guests in selecting automotive accessories, such as tonneau covers, toppers, mudflaps, lighting, and more!
  • Communicate with and listen to Guests to understand their desires, provide recommendations, and explain installation procedures.
  • Informing and educating Guests about available products and the features of each one.
  • Generate sales through in-store, phone, and follow-up interactions.
  • Meet or exceed individual and Team sales goals!
  • Building long-term Guest relations and repeat business.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate installation schedule.
  • Communicating updates with Guests as required during installation process.
  • Bring vehicles to Guests and demonstrate how to use their new products and their features.
  • Maintain a clean, organized showroom and product displays.
  • Requires a passion for vehicles, accessories, and working with Guests!
  • Creates experiences of Excellence in the Store where our Guests consistently receive outstanding service!

Prior automotive experience is a plus though is not required. We have outstanding training opportunities available to those willing to grow. Candidates must be passionate about working in the exciting Automotive industry!


The starting hourly pay rate range for this position is $17.00 – $19.00+ (and an extra $5.00/hr. for each hour worked on Saturday) and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
