Since 1969, we’ve been serving Cheyenne and surrounding areas with exceptional workmanship and customer service. We are seeking an HVAC Department Manager to join our dedicated team. Candidates must hold a Class C-1 Master HVAC license and a Class C-1 Master Refrigeration license in the city of Cheyenne, WY.


As the HVAC Department Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the HVAC department, including operations, staff leadership, project coordination, budgeting, and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for leading, growing, and optimizing the HVAC division, with a strong focus on sales performance, revenue growth, and operational excellence. This role combines leadership, sales strategy, and operational oversight to ensure the department consistently meets or exceeds financial and operational goals.

Requirements

  • Class C-1 Master HVAC license in the city of Cheyenne, WY
  • Class C-1 Master Refrigeration license in the city of Cheyenne, WY
  • 5+ years of HVAC experience preferred
  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience in HVAC or a related field preferred
  • Sales experience a plus
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
