Smart Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a skilled and passionate Patient Coordinator to join our well-established pediatric dental team. Experience & Key Responsibilities: 

  • Greet patients and families while providing exceptional customer service
  • Schedule appointments and manage daily front office workflow
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial discussions
  • Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries professionally
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative duties
  • Support a fun, kid-friendly environment for patients and parents
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management. 

Requirements

  • Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and scheduling systems preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
  • Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined.
