The ideal candidate will be a devoted follower of Christ who is gifted in teaching Scripture, discipling students, and cultivating a classroom culture where faith and learning are deeply integrated.

Our teachers are more than instructors—they are mentors, shepherds, and spiritual leaders who model the love of Jesus and seek to fulfill the Great Commission through daily classroom life. • Guide students in spiritual disciplines such as prayer, worship, scripture memory, and reflection
  • Assess student learning in both academic understanding and spiritual formation, providing meaningful feedback
  • Disciple and mentor students, encouraging personal faith development and Christlike character
  • Maintain consistent and meaningful communication with parents regarding students’ spiritual and academic growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues to integrate biblical principles across subject areas and foster a unified learning experience
  • Participate actively in chapel services, prayer gatherings, and other spiritual life initiatives
  • Uphold high standards of classroom management that reflect grace, consistency, and biblical principles
  • Model the ideal team player traits—humble, hungry, people smart, positive, and loyal—in all interactions
  • Contribute to the broader life of the school through involvement in events, discipleship opportunities, and community building
