Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8am – 5pm

Job Summary
The Recruiting Supervisor leads all aspects of the recruitment process and drives talent management initiatives in alignment with the organization’s mission and strategic plan. This HR leader partners with operations leadership at all levels, develops a deep understanding of workforce requirements, and assists with the building of impactful strategies to attract and retain qualified talent. The Recruiting Supervisor brings both strategic vision and hands-on execution to deliver a high-quality candidate experience and a high-performing recruiting team.
Essential Functions
- Supports the development and execution of comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with organizational objectives and workforce planning priorities
- Partners with leadership across departments to understand hiring needs, establish priorities, and deliver timely, quality talent solutions
- Directs, mentors, and develops a team of recruiters; oversees workload distribution and capacity planning; fosters a collaborative, high-performing team culture
- Owns a portfolio of high-priority requisitions and directs resources toward mission-critical talent requirements
- Drives continuous improvement of recruiting processes and candidate experience; ensures selection quality, legal compliance, and process consistency
- Trains and coaches hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and recruitment best practices; participates in interviews to support interview effectiveness
- Optimizes use of applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
- Develops and executes sourcing strategies to build robust applicant pipelines; cultivates community partnerships and program sponsorships to expand sourcing reach; represents the organization at career fairs and external events
- Collaborates with clinical leadership to engage interns and students regarding career pathways within the organization
- Monitors recruiting metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and inform data-driven decisions
- Champions employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization’s reputation in the talent market
- Optimizes the use of applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies to improve efficiency and reporting
- Manages relationships with external recruiting partners, agencies, and vendors; evaluates performance and ROI
Requirements
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
Experience
- One year of professional recruiting experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous healthcare recruiting experience
- Previous supervisory experience
