Position Title: HCM Training Specialist
Location: Atlanta, GA
Interview Process: Either Web Cam or In Person
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Capital Management (HCM) Training Specialist to support Georgia agencies in implementing talent acquisition and performance management programs through the State’s HR system, Workday (GA@WORK).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual and in-person training on Workday HR systems.
- Support recruiters with hiring best practices, talent optimization, and recruiting processes.
- Develop and update training materials and learning resources.
- Analyze HR/training data and create reports and presentations.
- Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
- Provide consultation and technical support to stakeholders statewide.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED and 3 years of HR-related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience delivering training in classroom, virtual, or online environments.
- Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting).
- HRIS systems training experience.
- Experience as a Workday administrator or trainer.
