Position Title: HCM Training Specialist

Location: Atlanta, GA 

Interview Process: Either Web Cam or In Person


We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Capital Management (HCM) Training Specialist to support Georgia agencies in implementing talent acquisition and performance management programs through the State’s HR system, Workday (GA@WORK).

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver virtual and in-person training on Workday HR systems.
  • Support recruiters with hiring best practices, talent optimization, and recruiting processes.
  • Develop and update training materials and learning resources.
  • Analyze HR/training data and create reports and presentations.
  • Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
  • Provide consultation and technical support to stakeholders statewide.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED and 3 years of HR-related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience delivering training in classroom, virtual, or online environments.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting).
  • HRIS systems training experience.
  • Experience as a Workday administrator or trainer.
