About the Role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Suppliers Quality Management / ISO relate audit knowledge.
  2. Understand NPI Tooling / Stamping / Plastic / Painting process skill related.
  3. Closely work with Chassis PM and Engineering teams / ODM suppliers to review project quality of Mechanical design.
  4. Standardization and management requirements, specifications and technical design documents during development phase.
  5. Risk assessment and improvement for product mechanical design quality, chassis mechanical, thermal, system, design rule / guidance to enable competitive high-quality server chassis product.
  6. Projects quality review and environmental & Shock/Vibration reliability relate.

Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years experience in SQE/SQM or QA or Reliability industry related.
  2. Mechanical suppliers manage background.
  3. Involved Product development and management related experience .
  4. ISO review experience & Strong communication skills.
  5. Cross-functional skills.
  6. FA/CA skills.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
  8. Bachelors' degree or above
