HR Assistant – Full Time

Full-Time | Monday – Friday

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable HR Assistant to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping keep daily office operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing employment applications
  • Assisting with hiring and onboarding tasks
  • Answering phones and assisting applicants/employees
  • Data entry and maintaining employee records
  • Assisting with general office and HR duties
  • Using Microsoft Excel and Word for daily tasks

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Friendly and professional attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft Excel and Word experience is a plus
  • HR or office experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
