Requirements
Key Responsibilities – Cashier / Servicio al Cliente:
- Welcome customers and provide a friendly checkout experience.
- Process purchases accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods properly.
- Bag customer items carefully and follow company procedures.
- Answer customer questions and provide helpful assistance.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked.
- Support the front-end team to maintain a smooth customer flow.
- Communicate with supervisors when assistance or approval is needed.
- Follow company standards for cash handling, safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
Qualifications – Cashier / Servicio al Cliente:
- Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. when needed.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts based on business needs.
