About the Role

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a position for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent to work in Bulgaria, with paid relocation support provided. This role involves delivering top-notch customer service to Dutch-speaking clients in a dynamic and rewarding environment.


Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat related to products and services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about company products, policies, and industry trends.
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria, with relocation expenses covered.
