- Minimal Pendidikan SMA/Sederajat
- Pengalaman sebagai Telemarketing Fintech atau Banking
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar
- Memiliki kemauan tinggi untuk mencapai target
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer
- Cepat belajar dan menerima instruksi dengan baik
- Rajin, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab atas pekerjaannya
