Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Clarion, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Family Medicine role within stable community healthcare organization
• Focus on comprehensive primary care across the lifespan
• Structured outpatient schedule with full support staff provided
• Mission-driven healthcare environment emphasizing quality patient outcomes
• Established workflows designed to support provider efficiency and continuity of care

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $220,000+ based on experience
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000

SCHEDULE
• Four-and-a-half-day outpatient schedule
• No weekend requirements
• Stable weekday-focused primary care environment

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
• Manage preventative care and chronic disease treatment
• Deliver patient-centered care within collaborative clinical setting
• Work alongside full clinical support staff
• Support continuity and long-term patient relationships

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
• DEA license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred
• Team-based clinical approach REQUIRED
• New graduates welcome
