Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Family Nurse Practitioner role serving patients of all ages
• Focus on preventative care, chronic disease management, and patient education
• Stable clinical environment with collaborative care team support
• Dedicated daily administrative time built into schedule
• Opportunity to focus on patient care without weekends or call responsibilities

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $120,000 – $130,000
• Student Loan Repayment up to $50,000
• Relocation Assistance up to $10,000

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday schedule
• No weekends required
• No call responsibilities
• 7 clinical hours daily plus 1 hour administrative time
• One late clinic shift every 6–7 weeks

ROLE
• Provide outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan
• Manage chronic conditions and preventative healthcare services
• Educate patients on wellness and treatment plans
• Average patient volume of 15+ patients daily
• Collaborate closely with experienced interdisciplinary care team

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Family Nurse Practitioner license REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years of FNP experience REQUIRED
• Ability to see patients of all ages REQUIRED
• Strong chronic disease management skills REQUIRED
• Team-based outpatient care experience preferred
