Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Psychiatrist in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Psychiatry role serving adult and pediatric patient populations
• Evidence-based behavioral health environment focused on long-term patient outcomes
• Stable weekday-only schedule designed for provider balance and continuity of care
• Collaborative outpatient structure with full support staff provided
• Mission-driven community healthcare organization prioritizing quality psychiatric services

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $240,000+ based on experience
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends required
• Outpatient-only practice environment

ROLE
• Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for adults and children
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage behavioral health conditions
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans within outpatient setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health teams
• Support continuity of care and long-term treatment outcomes

Requirements

• MD or DO REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry REQUIRED
• Active Pennsylvania medical license REQUIRED
• Active DEA license REQUIRED
• Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care preferred
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• New graduates welcome
