- **Policy Development and Implementation**: Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, protocols, and procedures tailored to our organizational needs and local regulatory requirements in El Qusier. Regularly review and update security procedures to adapt to emerging threats and operational changes.
- **Budget and Expense Management**: Control and manage budgets for security operations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Monitor security-related expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide transparent financial reporting without compromising safety standards.
- **Staff Management and Development**: Recruit, train, and supervise security officers and personnel, ensuring they are well-prepared and motivated for their roles. Develop comprehensive training programs to keep security staff updated on best practices, emerging threats, and organizational procedures.
- **Operational Coordination**: Attend meetings with department managers to determine operational security needs and coordinate security efforts across the organization. Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events and activities, ensuring adequate coverage and effective response protocols.
- **Emergency Response and Crisis Management**: Coordinate staff responses to emergencies, alarms, and security incidents with decisiveness and efficiency. Review and analyze incident reports to understand root causes, identify patterns, and implement preventive measures for future occurrences.
- **Investigation and Resolution**: Investigate security breaches and incidents thoroughly, implementing corrective measures and disciplinary actions as appropriate. Create detailed, transparent reports for management documenting security status, incidents, recommendations, and lessons learned.
- **Data Analysis and Strategic Recommendations**: Analyze security data and trends to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement. Formulate evidence-based proposals for implementing new security technology, system upgrades, or procedural enhancements that strengthen organizational security posture.
Qualifications
**Required Experience**
- Proven experience as a Security Manager or in a similar security management position, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing security operations
- Solid understanding of security protocols, procedures, and emergency response planning
- Experience with physical security systems, access control, and threat assessment
**Required Skills and Technical Proficiency**
- Proficiency with CCTV systems, surveillance technology, and other relevant security equipment
- Working knowledge of MS Office and security management software for reporting and data analysis
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to identify security trends and patterns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex security information clearly
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, with proven capacity to manage and motivate security teams
