Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC) in Rochester, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient behavioral health role focused on screenings, assessments, diagnoses, and ongoing therapy
• Manageable caseload averaging approximately 5 patients daily
• Flexible hybrid structure with option to work remotely 1–2 days weekly
• Clinical autonomy supported by dedicated behavioral health care team
• Patient-centered outpatient environment designed to support provider balance and continuity of care

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000+ based on experience
• Annual quality and productivity bonus structure
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends required
• No nights required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Hybrid remote flexibility available

ROLE
• Conduct mental health screenings, assessments, and diagnoses
• Provide ongoing outpatient therapy services
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health and support teams
• Support continuity of care and long-term patient outcomes

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania LCSW or LPC license REQUIRED
• Experience providing assessments, diagnoses, and therapy REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently within outpatient behavioral health setting REQUIRED
• Team-oriented clinical approach REQUIRED
• Newly licensed clinicians welcome
