Job Description
We are seeking an individual to support day-to-day HR operations by ensuring timely and accurate execution of core HR processes, while maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and positive employee experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth HR operations
- Maintain and update employee data and HR trackers with high accuracy
- Assist in background verification, contract administration, and documentation
- Support employee queries and HR tickets in line with SLAs
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations
- Assist with audits, reports, and HR operational improvements as required
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role (internship experience may be considered)
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and Sri Lankan labor regulations
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Professional HR certification will be an added advantage
