About the Role

Company Description

Informa Markets, a division within Informa, creates global platforms for industries. We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.

We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.

Job Description

This role is based in our K11 Atelier office.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales plans to meet sponsorship and booth sales targets.

  2. Client Development: Identify and pursue target clients, with focus on: Global tech giants  ;Industry leaders in AI, smart manufacturing, biotech, new energy, cloud computing, etc. Professional services, investment firms, and industry ecosystem partners

  3. Sponsorship Package Design: Work with content and marketing teams to customize differentiated sponsorship packages (speaking slots, booths, brand exposure, networking, etc.) based on client needs.

  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure high renewal rates and satisfaction.

  5. Market Feedback: Collect and share client feedback on content, format, and commercial opportunities to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years of sales experience in B2B exhibitions, media, or tech-focused events.

  2. Strong client network in tech, internet, or related industries.

  3. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and key account management skills.

  4. Results-driven, able to work under pressure and fast-paced sales cycles.

  5. Fluent in both English and Chinese (working language proficiency for global client communication).
