Requirements
Performance & Earning Potential
This is a performance-driven role with strong upside.
- Earning Potential: $105,000 – $200,000+
- $35hr tech role, 4% on repairs sold, 8% commission on equipment sales
- Daily Revenue Target: $2,000 – $8,000+
- Close Rate Goal: 45%+
- Week one commission compensation $2000
- Week two $2000 or Revenue whichever is greater.
Top performers here don’t cap out, they separate themselves.
