We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Revenue Operations Manager to align sales, marketing, and customer success teams around a unified revenue strategy. This role is responsible for optimizing processes, systems, and data to drive predictable revenue growth and operational efficiency. 


Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Strategy & Planning 

· Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to develop and execute revenue growth strategies 

· Own forecasting processes, pipeline management, and performance tracking 

· Identify opportunities to improve revenue generation and retention 

Process Optimization 

· Design, implement, and continuously improve go-to-market (GTM) processes 

· Standardize workflows across the customer lifecycle (lead ? opportunity ? close ? expansion) 

· Drive operational rigor in deal management, handoffs, and account ownership 

Systems & Tools Management 

· Own and optimize the revenue tech stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement tools) 

· Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper system integration 

· Evaluate and implement new tools to improve productivity and insights 

Data & Analytics 

· Build dashboards and reporting to track KPIs across the funnel 

· Analyze pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue trends 

· Provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making 

Cross-Functional Alignment 

· Act as a central point of coordination between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success 

· Support territory planning, quota setting, and compensation design 

· Enable teams with data, tools, and processes to achieve targets 


Education/Experience

· 4–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles 

· Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g.,Hubspot) and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) 

· Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights 

· Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments 

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 


Preferred Qualifications 

· Experience in SaaS, data/analytics, or subscription-based business models 

· Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) 

· Background in finance, consulting, or business operations 

· SQL or advanced Excel skills

• Base salary: $105,000-$130,000 DOE 

• Incentive (target): 20% – 30% of base
