About the Role

Requirements

In this role, you’ll set up and operate CNC and conventional machines and machining centers to produce precision components while meeting quality, productivity, and delivery expectations.


You’ll work with blueprints and GD&T requirements, inspect your own work using precision measuring tools, and troubleshoot issues to help keep production running smoothly.


You’ll also collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to solve problems, improve processes, and support continuous improvement efforts such as 5S, Kaizen events, and value stream mapping. Success in this role comes from strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, a commitment to quality, and a willingness to support the team.


Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a two-year technical degree preferred. 


Experience operating CNC and/or conventional machining equipment is required, along with strong knowledge of machine tooling, fixtures, machining processes, blueprint reading, and GD&T. 


Candidates should be comfortable using precision inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges, and have basic familiarity with machine programming features and ERP systems. 


Strong math skills, communication skills, and a dependable, safety-focused mindset are essential.

We offer:

Competitive pay ranging from $25.00 – $39.36 per hour + $1.00 per hour shift differential - based upon skill and experience

Shift schedule options: Mon–Fri, 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. (5 days x 8 hrs) OR Mon-Thurs 3:00 p.m. - 1:30 a.m. (4 days x 10 hrs)
