Occupational Health Nurse

About the role

Vitality Works is seeking a friendly, professional Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Occupational Health team. This role offers a flexible work schedule which you can tailor to suit but does require some afternoon, evening and weekend work as well as travel within the region. This is a casual position which will be great for someone looking to supplement their income.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality occupational health services including pre-employment and health monitoring, health promotion and education

  • Computer literacy

  • Accurately document patient interactions and manage clinical data.

  • Maintain professionalism and a friendly demeanour in all customer interactions.

About You

  • Certified vaccinator with proven experience in vaccination work.

  • Registered Nurse with current APC.

  • Own reliable vehicle and valid NZ driver's license.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and manage client relationships.

  • Professional and approachable manner with strong attention to detail and time management

  • Flexibility to travel to client locations with the ability to work independently.

  • Legally able to work in New Zealand.

Preferred Experience

  • Occupational Health experience desirable but not essential as full training given.

  • Current Vaccinator Certificate (advantageous but not essential)
