We're looking for an innovative and visionary Concept Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead the conceptualization and strategic development of architectural solutions that push creative boundaries while maintaining technical excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex design challenges into compelling, forward-thinking architectural concepts. • Develop and articulate architectural concepts, design strategies, and visionary frameworks that align with organizational goals and client objectives
• Lead design optioneering sessions and concept exploration workshops to generate innovative solutions and evaluate multiple design directions
• Utilize computational design methodologies, parametric modeling, and algorithmic workflows to optimize design performance and efficiency
• Conduct environmental and performance-driven analysis using industry-standard tools to inform design decisions and validate concepts
• Create and direct high-impact presentations, visualizations, and design narratives that effectively communicate concepts to stakeholders and teams
• Mentor and support junior architects and design professionals in developing computational design skills and design thinking approaches
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, planners, and specialists to ensure integrated, holistic design solutions
• Analyze complex design problems using logical, systematic approaches and develop innovative solutions that balance aesthetics with functionality
• Customize and develop design automation workflows and procedural systems to enhance team productivity and design quality
• Champion innovation and emerging technologies within the design process, including AI-enabled design exploration and integration
• Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate the quality and strategic vision of architectural work

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in architectural design, concept development, or equivalent demonstrated experience
• Proficiency with Rhino, Grasshopper, and Revit
