Receptionist - Medical Clinic


Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Clinic Receptionist, where your friendly demeanor and organizational skills will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient service. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression

- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently

- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using the clinic’s scheduling system

- Maintain and update patient records in compliance with privacy regulations

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff

- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and document management

- Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and welcoming

- Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate smooth clinic operations


Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare administration is a plus

- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and office software

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

- Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach
