Assistant Manager – Janitorial Services
Albuquerque, NM
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Manager to join our janitorial team in Albuquerque, NM. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Some weekends as needed
Pay:
- $18.00 – $20.50 per hour depending on experience
- Gas mileage reimbursement provided
Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising and supporting large groups of employees
- Conducting inspections of buildings and work areas
- Assisting the Account Manager with inventory of chemicals and paper supplies
- Supporting and guiding troubleshooters and supervisors
- Proactively resolving issues and maintaining quality standards
- Covering buildings/shifts when employees do not report to work
We are looking for someone dependable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Ability to drive company vehicles when needed
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Janitorial or supervisory experience preferred
- Be authorized to work in the US
- pass background check/ drug test
