Assistant Manager – Janitorial Services
Albuquerque, NM

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Manager to join our janitorial team in Albuquerque, NM. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday
  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Some weekends as needed

Pay:

  • $18.00 – $20.50 per hour depending on experience
  • Gas mileage reimbursement provided

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervising and supporting large groups of employees
  • Conducting inspections of buildings and work areas
  • Assisting the Account Manager with inventory of chemicals and paper supplies
  • Supporting and guiding troubleshooters and supervisors
  • Proactively resolving issues and maintaining quality standards
  • Covering buildings/shifts when employees do not report to work

We are looking for someone dependable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service.

Requirements

 

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Ability to drive company vehicles when needed
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Janitorial or supervisory experience preferred
  • Be authorized to work in the US
  • pass background check/ drug test
  • have a smart phone to clock in and out
