About the Role

Description

The Task Manager oversees daily operations and ensures the seamless execution of data processing activities across multiple teams. This role is responsible for assigning and balancing workloads, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring production goals and quality standards are consistently achieved. The Task Manager works closely with supervisors to monitor progress, resolve workflow challenges, and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy. This position plays a key role in maintaining operational rhythm, supporting training efforts, and ensuring that teams are equipped to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the liaison between the contractor and the Government Manager regarding all operations.
  • Serves as the liaison between the Project Manager and all subordinate contractor staff.
  • Supervises and assigns workloads to the supervisors and respective teams.
  • Supervises and directs quality control activities.
  • Directs and supervises all training activities.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent; or one year of relevant experience in a supervisor role.
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office or equivalent software.
  • Proficiency in creating and analyzing reports to monitor performance and assign workloads.

Work Location:

  • On-site in Chicago, IL. 
  • Supervisors are expected to maintain a consistent on-site presence to support team oversight, training, and quality control activities.
  • Limited telework may be available based on performance and operational needs.
