Requirements

What You’ll Bring


We are looking for someone who has:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Special Education, Special Education, or a related field
  • Previous experience teaching young children



Travel Requirements


Minimal travel may occasionally be required. This may include transporting students or clients to local locations.

Employees who drive for ACCESS must maintain:

  • A valid driver’s license
  • Current auto liability insurance and vehicle registration
  • A clean driving record
  • The physical ability to drive to locations throughout Arkansas
