Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Hospice Liaison in Madison, Alabama.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Field-based hospice sales and relationship development role focused on territory growth and referral management
• Established local territory with opportunity to expand referral partnerships and account relationships
• Independent field role supported by intake, clinical, and operational teams
• Mission-driven hospice organization focused on compassionate end-of-life care
• Huntsville metro location offering strong healthcare growth, business development opportunities, and community expansion

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
• Uncapped monthly commission structure
• Bonus structure: $3,000 at 15 points plus $150 per additional point
• $500 new-account kicker bonus

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday field schedule
• Defined local territory coverage
• Independent field-based workflow structure

ROLE
• Build and manage hospice referral relationships throughout assigned territory
• Grow and maintain existing account relationships within local healthcare market
• Develop new referral partnerships supporting hospice admissions growth
• Collaborate closely with intake and clinical teams during patient transitions
• Utilize CRM-supported workflow for territory and referral management
• Represent organization within healthcare community and local market networks

Requirements

• Recent hospice or healthcare sales experience REQUIRED
• Existing local referral relationships REQUIRED
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills REQUIRED
• Comfortable working independently in field-based environment REQUIRED
• Strong territory management and communication skills REQUIRED
• Commitment to mission-driven hospice care REQUIRED
