About the Role

SUMMARY:

This role supports production line setup during the new factory construction, focusing on material ordering and logistics. It includes assisting with organizing production tasks and transitioning to support production scheduling, cost control, and logistics operations after the factory begins operating.

                                                    

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Handle standard data and material master setup for the new IT system
  • Focus on ordering and logistics support for production materials and supplies
  • Coordinate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders for timely procurement
  • Input and manage SAP master data related to production materials
  • Develop monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules
  • Calculate material requirements and place purchase orders
  • Plan and execute warehouse shipments and product deliveries

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (any major)
  • 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing production
  • Preferred: experience in production planning, cost management, or material procurement
  • Proficiency in documentation and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills across departments
