Job Description

We are looking for a Claims Consultants (Quantum) with significant claims experience who will be part of our Contract Services Team, working at the client project site offices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

  • Contract Execution – Convert defined scope, deliverables, and fee structures into templated contract formats. Review contracts for accuracy and completion, route contracts for approvals and upload to contract repository. Liaise with the in-house Legal team regarding contract compliance.
  • Contract Tracking - Track all contracts and facilitate business and legal approvals; proactively follow up with approvers during contract life cycle. Ensure contracts are submitted through correct workflow.
  • Project Funding – Collaborate with the project team to ensure projects have sufficient funding to execute work.
  • Review of project correspondence and identify key risks to programme and budget, working closely with project management team and senior management to identify mitigations and action plans.
  • Prepare / review contractual correspondence and notices where required ensuring that all carried out in accordance with the contract requirements.
  • Review of claim notices and submissions and preparing assessments of the exposure of the client to under the contract to additional costs and budgets, working closely with the project team and consultants.
  • Invoice Issue Resolution - Assist in resolving issues related to invoices, purchase orders and payments by working closely with vendors and internal Accounts Payable (AP) team.
  • Invoice Tracking - Track invoices from submission for review through to payment, ensuring vendors follow invoice submission requirements and AP processes the invoices correctly.
  • Reporting - Assist in compiling monthly reports for Client approval.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in reviewing and assessing claims.
  • A post graduate degree in Law either a LLB or LLM and a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Must have experience working in consultancy.
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience on a senior level.
  • Strong communication skills
