Job Title: Telecaller (Fresher)

Location: West Mardepally, Secunderabad

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic freshers to join our team as Telecallers. The role involves making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
• Explain company products/services clearly
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Follow up on leads and maintain call records
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (English & Local Language)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle rejection and pressure
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate
• Freshers are welcome
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
