Working Student – Channel Operations & AI Initiatives

Your mission

You will join the Channel Growth Team and work directly on initiatives that improve how we operate, collaborate with partners, and scale our channel across Europe and international markets. This is a hands-on role — you'll identify automation opportunities, drive small projects end-to-end, and actively contribute to AI-powered workflows that have real impact inside the company. 
This is not a shadowing role. You'll own things. 
What You'll Do 

• Identifyinefficiencies in existing workflows and propose automation solutions
• Build and implement lightweight automations and AI-powered tools for the Channel Growth team
• Own small-to-medium projects from scoping through delivery — with real accountability
• Support the development and rollout of AI initiatives across the team and contribute to cross-functional visibility
• Research and evaluate AI tools and agentic frameworks relevant to our use cases (e.g., n8n, Make, LLM-based agents)
• Document solutions, create process overviews, and help the team build on what you create
• Collaborate with colleagues across Operations, Sales, and Tech to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's orMaster'sprogram inInternationalBusiness,Business Information,Information Systems, or a related field
• Genuine curiosity about AI, automation, and making processes smarter
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership — youdon'twait to be told what to do next
• Basic experience with no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n) or APIs is a plus
• Familiarity with Python or scripting is welcome, but notrequired
• Strong communicationskills in English; German is a plus
• Available for ~20 hours per week with regular presence at our Munich office
