YOUR MISSION

We are looking for an experienced and visionary product leader to drive the end-to-end Footwear creation process — from consumer insight to go-to-market execution. A strategic, entrepreneurial leader who thrives in dynamic environments, builds high-performing teams, and brings clarity to complexity.

  • Lead the full footwear product lifecycle, including concept creation, line architecture, pricing, development, and GTM readiness
  • Translate strategy into clear, consumer-driven product direction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Development, Sourcing, Merchandising, and Marketing
  • Ensure operational excellence, calendar discipline, and margin-focused execution
  • Drive innovation through digital product creation and sustainable material strategies.

YOUR TALENT

  • 10+ years of experience in product creation, merchandising, or sales, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Deep expertise in footwear or comparable product categories with complex creation processes
  • Strong commercial acumen across wholesale, DTC, and channel strategy
  • Proven ability to leverage consumer and market insights to inform decisions
  • Experience with digital tools, innovation cycles, and sustainability frameworks
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English and strong intercultural competence.
