About the Role

The team at Meadowvale Dental Group in Mississauga, Ontario is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist on a part-time basis. 

The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The Ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed. 

We are an established mid-sized general dental practice in Meadowvale, Mississauga, providing comprehensive oral healthcare to individuals and families within the community and surrounding areas. Meadowvale Dental Group is open 5 days a week: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am to 7pm, Wednesday 9am to 5pm and Fridays 9am to 4pm. The practice focuses on delivering high-quality patient centered care while maintaining efficient clinical operations, IPAC protocols and strong patient relationships.

COMPENSATION:

Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration of 40% from collections

SCHEDULE:

  • 16 hours a week
  • Tuesday and Thursday

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program
  • Registered or in processing of registering with the:
    • Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario
  • Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of Ontario
  • We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)
  • New graduates welcome with mentorship provided
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families
