Software Developer (In-Office in Lititz, PA)

Position Overview:

The Software Developer is an integral part of the growth of CNS Companies. This individual must be able to work collaboratively on software development and improvement projects. Projects assigned to the Software Developer will have a significant impact on sales, operations, and marketing departments. Basic Information Technology secondary roles will have an impact on the overall flow of operations.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

This position will have the following primary responsibilities:

· Development of projects based on work orders and ideas from the executive team and advisory board

· Website Development

· Goal and deadline projection and tracking

· Coding and development project completion

· Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program improvement and streamlining

· Information Technology support (secondary)

Requirements

Skills/Competencies Required

Candidates to be considered for this position should possess the following qualities and/or certifications:

· Highly organized and detail oriented

· Ability to multitask between divisions and responsibilities

· Proactive and solutions-oriented

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficient using Microsoft products (Word, Teams, Excel), and Outlook calendars

· High level of integrity and confidentiality

· Thorough knowledge of company-specific policies and programs

· Proficient in use of source control platforms such as GitHub

· Familiar with C# .NET Core and Model-View-Controller (MVC) web app structure

· Familiar with front-end technologies HTML 5, CSS, and JavaScript

· Familiar with database technologies including SQL

· Ability to write readable, maintainable, and scalable code

*2 years of experience in full-stack software development required to be considered for this position.
