POSITION OVERVIEW
• Mission-driven outpatient Family Medicine opportunity serving diverse and underserved populations along California’s Northern Coast
• Join a highly collaborative care model with integrated behavioral health, telepsychiatry, chiropractic, acupuncture, and virtual triage support
• Practice evidence-based medicine with strong staffing ratios and protected team support allowing you to focus on patient care

• Up to $44,000 additional annual production bonus potential
• $12,400 annual access bonus paid biweekly
• Sign-on structure up to $100,000 total over retention period for partnership-eligible physicians

• NHSC and federal loan repayment eligibility ranging from $75,000 to $300,000
• Flexible schedule options including 5x8 or 4x10 shifts

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine care across a diverse patient panel
• Manage chronic and complex medical conditions with interdisciplinary support
• Collaborate with dedicated MAs, RN support, behavioral health teams, and virtual triage services
• Participate in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives
• Utilize integrated specialty support resources including telepsychiatry and complementary services

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary: $234,635.20 – $267,624 annually
• $12,400 annual access bonus for meeting patient access targets
• Up to $44,000 annual production bonus potential
• Partnership-eligible sign-on and retention package up to $100,000 total
• Alternative sign-on and retention package for non-partnership track physicians
• $10,000 relocation reimbursement
• Additional $10,000 relocation support for qualifying family relocation
• 29 days paid time off including CME, holidays, and sick time
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
• NHSC and federal loan repayment eligibility
• $5,000 annual professional expense card for licensing, DEA, CE, and equipment
• Laptop and cell phone provided
• Spanish language differential pay available

Requirements

• MD or DO REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Active California medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
• Mission-driven approach to community healthcare REQUIRED
• Comfortable managing outpatient primary care panels REQUIRED
• Team-based and collaborative clinical mindset REQUIRED
