About the role
The FPCRA Analyst supports the FPCRA organisation by delivering high quality financial analysis, reporting, and controllership support across the full finance cycle — from actuals through forecast and outlook.
The role operates as a multiskilled finance analyst, combining elements of planning & forecasting, controllership review, and performance analytics, and ensures that FPCRA Leads and Controllers receive accurate, timely, and insight driven information to support decision-making.
Role Responsibilities
Actuals, Reporting & Controllership Support
Support month end, quarter end, and yearend close by reviewing financial results, variances, and balance sheet movements
Perform analytical reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reasonableness of actuals
Support documentation, reconciliations, and evidence required for controls and audits
Planning, Forecasting & Outlook
Support review of plan, forecast, and update cycles, including phasing, assumptions, and scenario analysis working closely with P&F analysts who prepares them
Analyse movements between actuals, forecast, and plan, explaining key drivers
Ensure consistency between reported results and forward looking outlooks
Performance Analytics & Insight
Prepare management reporting packs, dashboards, and analytics for FPCRA Leads and business stakeholders
Translate financial data into clear insights and analysis
Support Monthly Performance Reviews (MPRs) and other governance forums
Cross‑FPCRA Collaboration
Work closely with Commercial Controllers, QSC Controllers, Accounting & COE teams, and Compliance Leads
Support issue resolution and process improvements across FPCRA streams
Act as a reviewer and liaison for COE delivered outputs where applicable
Process Improvement & Capability Building
Identify opportunities to improve reporting, analytics, and close efficiency
Support standardisation, simplification, and automation initiatives
Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of FPCRA ways of working
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of P&L and balance sheet
Experience in finance analysis, planning & forecasting, or controllership related roles
High attention to detail and ability to work within control frameworks
Progress toward professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA)
Experience in a hub-based or shared services finance model
Exposure to FP&A tools, ERP systems, and reporting platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in digital tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, SAP, SAC).
Analysis for Office
Power BI (plus)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Workday).
Advanced knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, and corporate finance.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Knowledge in AI
