About the role
The QSC FCRA Lead APAC is the end-to-end finance owner for end-to-end COGS analysis within the FPCRA model, accountable for inventory, standard, direct and indirect costs, manufacturing costs, and supply chain related financial integrity from actuals through outlook.
The role ensures accurate, controlled, and insight driven reporting of supply chain-related financials, while partnering closely with Supply Chain leadership and FPCRA teams
Role Responsibilities
QSC Financial Analysis
- Own QSC financial analysis across inventory, COGS, manufacturing costs, overheads
- Ensure QSC performance is fully embedded within FPCRA reporting and forecasting cycles
Controllership & Governance
- Ensure strong controllership and financial discipline across supply chain activities
- Own governance over inventory valuation, provisions, GRNI, PPV, and standard costing from FPCRA point of view for the OU
- Partner with Accounting & COE and Compliance Leads to ensure controls operate effectively
- Act as an escalation point for QSC related accounting judgments and risks for FPCRA scope
Planning, Forecasting & Standard Setting
- Support QSC inputs into annual planning, forecasting, and standard cost setting
- Partner with Supply Chain and Commercial P&F teams to align operational and financial assumptions
- Analyse variances between standard, actual, and forecast costs, providing clear drivers and insights
Reporting, Analytics & Insight
- Deliver QSC management reporting, analytics, and dashboards
- Support COGS related portion in the different reviews (eg GP bridge composition)
- Identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimization levers across the supply chain
Business Partnering
- Act as primary SPOC to Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and QSC leadership from an FPCRA point of view
- Support strategic initiatives such as network optimization, make vs buy, and productivity programs
- Provide financial input to investment, capacity, and footprint decisions
FPCRA Integration & Enablement
- Work closely with Commercial Controllers, Finance Controllers, and P&F Leads to ensure one integrated finance narrative
- Support FPCRA transformation initiatives, accelerated close, and process simplification
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years in financial controlling, auditing, or accounting roles within multinational companies.
Strong background in manufacturing/QSC and reporting under IFRS and local regulations.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related discipline
Strong experience in supply chain finance, manufacturing controlling, or cost accounting
Solid understanding of inventory accounting, standard costing, and supply chain KPIs
Ability to operate with end to end ownership and strong judgment
FMCG / Consumer Health / Manufacturing industry experience
Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent)
Experience in hub based or FPCRA style operating models
Preferred Qualifications:
· Proficiency in digital tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, SAP, SAC).
· Analysis for Office
· Power BI (plus)
· Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Workday).
· Advanced knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, and corporate finance.
· Fluent in English (oral and written).
· Knowledge in AI
