Lead & Innovate

  • Originate and grow client relationships while identifying new opportunities across Farallon’s core practice areas.
  • Develop cleanup strategies grounded in strong conceptual site models and regulatory insight.
  • Prepare and oversee feasibility studies, pilot testing, remedial system design, bid specifications, and engineering drawings.
  • Develop and review remedial cost estimates across the lifecycle of a project.

Drive Projects Forward

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through site assessment, investigation, remedy selection, construction, and closure.
  • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and quality across multiple complex projects.
  • Ensure technical excellence in deliverables including RI/FS reports, Cleanup Action Plans, Engineering Design Reports, and Cleanup Action Reports.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, and project partners.

Elevate the Team

  • Mentor, coach, and develop staff engineers and scientists.
  • Support business development initiatives across the firm.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
