About the Role

Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, managing reservations, and ensuring efficient seating arrangements. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant

- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover

- Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials

- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area

- Address guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner

- Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service

- Monitor dining room activity and adjust seating as needed

- Uphold restaurant policies and procedures to ensure a positive dining experience


Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
