- Prepare event spaces prior to guest arrival — confirm room layout accuracy and conduct a thorough walkthrough to ensure the space meets presentation standards inside and out
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients and guests, providing attentive assistance before, during, and after the event
- Ensure a comfortable guest experience by monitoring lighting and HVAC settings, making sure restrooms are stocked with necessary items
- Execute on-site ceremonies by coordinating rehearsals, overseeing the transition from ceremony to reception layout
- Conduct pre-event venue inspections to verify that all vendor deliveries, rental items, and equipment are accounted for and correctly positioned
- Serve as a liaison between clients, catering staff, and venue management throughout the event, facilitating clear communication and quick resolution of any issues that arise
- Assist with post-event breakdown and ensure the venue is restored to its original condition per venue and client expectations
