E-Commerce Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced E-Commerce Manager to support a UK-based employer in managing and growing their online retail operations. This role is ideal for a South African professional who is organised, proactive, and confident working with UK teams remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day e-commerce operations including product listings and promotions
• Handle order management, inventory coordination, and platform optimisation tasks
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones
• Maintain accurate records of sales data, campaign performance, and platform metrics
• Use relevant tools such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Analytics, and marketplace platforms
• Support the wider team with digital marketing campaigns, SEO, and conversion rate optimisation
• Identify opportunities to increase online revenue and improve the customer shopping experience

Qualifications and Experience

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously
• Proficient in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce and analytics tools
• Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is advantageous
• Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment

Salary: R30,000/month | 100% Remote
