Product Analyst

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Analyst to support a UK-based employer in analysing product performance and translating data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for a South African professional who is organised, proactive, and confident working with UK teams remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the analysis of product usage data, user behaviour, and KPIs
• Handle data requests, dashboard maintenance, and ad hoc reporting tasks
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones
• Maintain accurate records of product metrics, experiment results, and analytical outputs
• Use relevant tools such as SQL, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and data visualisation platforms
• Support the wider team with product roadmap prioritisation and A/B testing analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve product features, user journeys, and conversion rates

Qualifications and Experience

• 2+ years of experience in product analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple analytical projects simultaneously
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker
• Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is advantageous
• Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment

Salary: R32,000/month | 100% Remote
